How you spend your time, your energy, and your presence is all that you are truly responsible for; on all fronts, choose wisely. Know how to assess, decompress, and let go of things that are out of your own control. It is not your responsibility to save anyone else. Most of them do not want to be saved anyway. Some people enjoy, embrace, and thrive off of stress, chaos, and drama in their lives; some will even welcome it. It is not for you to understand, defend, or rescue them from the consequences of their own choices. Let them live the life they have chosen. Help those who seek it... avoid those that don't. It is perfectly okay to give yourself permission to tap out. Tap out of their mess, and  wish them the best. Intentionally, do all of the things that make you feel good. As often as you can, even in the small mundane moments of your day; make room for goodness on purpose.
