Make sure your moves match your goals. You will face ups and downs for sure, but you can not be distracted, deterred, or defeated. So far, this year has come with a multitude of unpredictable, unexpected, and unprecedented challenges and changes, but it has also come with an incredible amount of compassion, endurance, and evidence of our resilience and ability to cohesively adapt. Today is a great day to hit the reset button on this year. Refocus your energy, your heart, your attention, and your effort on you and what you wish to achieve. Enthusiastically strive to explore and effectuate your plans regarding your goals for this year.
