Seek out the good, the positive, and the greatness in all things. Allow every experience to reveal its benefits to you. Challenge yourself to see the opportunity, bonus, or advantage every experience really entails. Even under unfortunate circumstances, make a conscious effort to slow down your automatic response and take the time to seek out what you now have to gain in the situation. Remind yourself of the control you have. From time to time, you are going to encounter unprovoked bitter, rude, awfulness, and negativity in your experience. Know what you own- your own response. Never relinquish your control or say in your own experience. Remove yourself or the other at once.
