The Answer Key

What we know for sure is that TIME is passing whether we use it productively or not. There is no pause button for life. There are only choices. You can choose to be actively participating in your own life or not. You can choose to be a present, loving, partner in your relationship or not. You can choose to be present in more moments of your life than not, but time will not wait for you to decide. Every bit of time is an opportunity for you to invest in yourself, in others, or in nothing at all. No matter what you choose, your time will be spent anyway. Use your time wisely. Never let your day be done and have spent none of your time on yourself. Release any guilt or shame that may be associated with "selfishness" when spending time on and with you. Learn to appreciate your own company. Remember that you are your greatest investment. Let the people counting on you get the best version of yourself; one that is healthy, well-rested, and personally fulfilled. Your time is pricele

You are a blessing, you are beautiful, and you are awesome! Know that your gifts and abilities are a benefit to everyone around you. Surround yourself with positive people and your energies will illuminate off of one another. Only allow those that understand what a great asset you are to have in their lives make their way into your circle and benefit from your awesomeness. Know that it is a courtesy and a mutual choice to share your space and positivity. Be grateful for those that share your understanding of a healthy relationship and never take what they add to your life for granted. Everything in your world is based on how you think of it. No matter what your experience may be. Train yourself to see the benefit, the gain, the blessing, and the lesson your experience is there to offer you. No matter how challenging things may seem, see every experience through compassionate eyes, an open heart, and a positive mindset. Each and every person given life is also given a mass of gifts in addition to that life. Some take one of those gifts and learn to master it, use them to help or impact others in a positive way, and invest time and commitment to the gifts for personal, emotional, and spiritual growth. Others, instead of diving into one gift and honing that skill or craft to share; they dabble in a little of this and a little of that. It is possible that one can live a completely fulfilled life either way, but the consequence of doing neither leads to the real probability of becoming lost. Lost in a life-less relationship, dead end job, or just wandering letting life happen to you instead of making things happen for you and to your benefit and growth. Regardless of what you do for money, do not forget to do what you love. Find a way. Know that your gift was given to you for a reason, with cause, and purpose. Let this be your call to action. You can not expect everyone to understand your dreams, your passion, or purpose. It is unnecessary for you to convince anyone but yourself of what you are capable of. Believe in yourself, commit, show and prove. It is for you and you alone to reveal what you were born to bring to the table in your time at your pace, as long as you bring it. Ignore whatever fear may be whispering to you and go for it. Make time for whatever it is you love and watch it flourish. This is your life... every day, hour, minute, and moment is meant to be spent doing what it is you love, experiencing what it is that brings you joy, and being with those that encourage you, inspire you, and lift you up. For most young adults their greatest anxiety is finding what to do with their life. Most are overflowing with many gifts and talents. The difficulty lies in choosing one to fully throw oneself into and resolving to stay committed at all costs. Figuring out what task you will take on day in and day out for the next forty years or so is one if not the biggest fear that smothers, hinders, and scares this generation. Here is the truth, you will be best at whatever path you choose- relax. Do not be spooked by fear of failure because at the core of all anxiety and worry are their parents, fear and failure.
