Get Creative!

In the spirit of tuning into the positive, optimistic, and openness within, now is a great time to hone in on all that is good, great, and well and build upon it. Intentionally create the conditions you want to be in. Create the environment you wish to live in. Create the business or occupation you wish to acquire. Create the person you want to see and be. Pray first. Then, count your blessings because gratitude and anxiety cannot share the same space. Now, prepare to shake things up. Take a trip. Take a drive. Take a walk or simply step outside. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth so you can smell and taste the air. Focus on the beating of your own heart. That sweet rhythm... let it be a calm and steady reminder that your presence is important and your Being is enough. They will always think what they want, and there is nothing you can do about it. Now, you be the judge. Judge for yourself. Look yourself in the mirror and answer to you. Everyone else's take is just their opinion. The ideas they have formed about who they think you are have nothing to do with you, who you are, or who you are becoming. Even for the people that matter, whose opinions you hope are positive and at the very least, pragmatic- they only know some of your depth. Even they can not attest to your every challenge, consideration, conquest, desire or fear. Speak for yourself and speak up.
