Intentionally Great



Start your day with happiness already on the brain. The first way to get happy is in your face. As soon as you open your eyes every morning, give your day your best smile and stretch. Then, put some gratitude in your attitude before your feet hit the floor. Be grateful for every thing that simply went right through the night- having a cozy bed, a roof over your head, and the gift of life itself.
