Protect Your Bubble

You have to reserve the right to create and maintain balance in your life. You have every reason to not take that call, go to that event, or interact with those people if it means you sacrifice your own peace and happiness. Choose how you spend your time, your energy, intellect, and emotion and who you share them with. Make sure the price you pay in exchange for those things is really worth your while. Remember that you are your first priority. Take care of you and be selective about how much of you gets to go around.
