From the very beginning of your day, as soon as you roll out of bed and start your morning routine, take several mindful and deep breaths. Be grateful for the natural flow of breath, your pulsating heartbeat, how natural the course is for your body to just be, and think about the goals you will accomplish today. Some days are harder than others and will show you resistance.
