When You No (<---That's On Purpose)

People will see how great of a resource you are, and use you all up if you let them... don't. "No" is one of the first words most children learn. Only two letters but it sets limits, reminds them of their boundaries, puts pause to their actions and redirects their train of thought. Do not miss the value in the word no. Commit to checking your calendar, your priorities, and your schedule first. Re-learn how to say no when you need to, and be okay with it. You may be able and willing to help others, but you also need to know the difference between being helpful and being used. While your job on this planet is to spread love, joy, and share your gifts, you also keep balance within yourself and be in the business of protecting your own well as well.
