Take A Time Out

This weekend, take time out for yourself. Yes, pencil you in. Give yourself permission to take care of you. Self-care is vital to your ability to contribute to those around you, that depend and rely on you to give and be your best. Take a few moments to shake things up. Get out of the monotony of your typical weekend spending most of your time getting ahead, a head start, leg up, or a jump on the to-do's for the next week. For this weekend, take {at least} one hour, a mere 60 minutes of the next 60 hours you are gifted and do something entirely intended to take care of you. Do something for the sole purpose of rejuvenating your mind, body, and soul. Do something this weekend your Monday-self will thank you for.
