Feed Your Self

Every commitment you make requires much of you: your time, your energy, your attention, your effort. These things can drain, strain, or exhaust you if you let them. Avoid the risk of overexertion by being in tune with your Self and your needs. Make sure you get enough, enough sunshine, enough sleep, enough water, enough love. Give your Self all the best of you. Be your first priority. When you make a commitment to your Self first you will become more capable of offering your best self to others.
