Don't Worry
Worrying may come as a natural, sometimes automatic response, but you get to choose how long that feeling dwells. Seize control of your emotional unrest, energy, and attitude that is leaving you open to worrying, and be mindful that what has your attention creates more of the same- it multiplies itself so choose what holds your attention wisely. Your focus can be redirected to promoting success, happiness, peace, and resolution instead. Worrying does not give you anything to gain or miss but time that could be put to better use. Worrying has no affect on the circumstance or the outcome at all. It can not make your situation better or worse, but it will determine how bad you feel about it. Choose instead, to remind yourself that no twist or turn in your life is greater than your ability to adapt, accept, or overcome it. Get to work- do what you can, however you can right now, for the better. Get busy creating the change, difference, or reality you want to see. Remember that nothing can make or break you without your permission, and you have only failed at anything once you decide to give up. Under all previous circumstances, no matter how dire they may have seemed in the moment, you have managed to outlive them, succeed, proceed, survive, thrive and face another day- only you decide when, how, or if you do it.
