Life can be tremendously unpredictable and not knowing what is next can be extremely uncomfortable to say the least, however, the unknown holds within itself endless possibilities and opportunities. As much as you may feel anxious or fearful you can choose to anchor your emotions, thoughts, and energy in faith and hope. Have faith that whatever happens in your life you are built to withstand it, get through it, and come out whole on the other side of it. Have hope in the likelihood that your circumstance may turn out great, you will be happy, and everything will work out in your favor. Lastly, take each day as it comes, one day at a time, and be a positive as you can in it.
