The Answer Key

 When you are a person who can always be called on to  answer "the call"- the big and small; there will come a time in your life to pause, take notice, make changes, and shift. It is perfectly commendable and honorable to show up for others; however, you must become aware of when you are being useful and when you are being used. Be mindful of your own situation without ignoring your connections to others. This season, be cognizant of how much of your time you are giving away, and get fastidious about who you show up for when you opt to show up for them over yourself. Help others and be available, but do not forget to consider yourself in the process. Your time is a large portion of your wealth.   You should be on your priority list. Be conscious of who you allow to take up your time and energy.  Take a longer shower, oil your skin thoroughly... inch by inch; drink your water, and find some time to laugh and dance.
